Anxiety is a feeling of worry or unease. Everyone feels anxious at some point, though these feelings are usually temporary and don’t affect day to day life. Anxiety becomes a problem when it starts to affect your health and your enjoyment of life. 

By recognising and managing your symptoms anxiety can be kept under control, combining talking therapy and CBT techniques can help with the unwanted, anxious thoughts.
